Tips & Troubleshooting
____________________________________
There is no need to double-click buttons
within the program. Single-click to avoid
initiating unintended actions.
Video and audio clips demand significant
processing time. When clicking a button during
audio or video playback, hold the mouse button
down until the on-screen button highlights to
indicate that the action has begun.
Make sure you have the most recent video and
audio drivers for your computer. You can
contact your computer manufacturer or local
software dealer to obtain the latest versions.
(Most technical problems can be attributed
to outdated drivers.)
(Win) When you click "Save," a dialog box
will appear. If you click outside of this
box, it will disappear into the background.
The Faith in Every Footstep application will
not function until the dialog box is closed.
To bring the dialog box to the foreground
so that it can be closed, press Alt-Tab on
your keyboard and choose "LDS Save." Then
click "Save" or "Cancel" in the dialog box.
(Win) If the first screen of the Faith in
Every Footstep application appears in black
and white, make sure you are not accidentally
running multiple copies of the application.
Click Alt-Tab to view any programs that are
currently running. Quit any other applications
and/or multiple copies of the Faith in Every
Footstep application. Then, click the Faith
in Every Footstep application to make it
active in the current window. The colors
should now be restored when you advance
to a new screen.
